The technician was very friendly and efficient. He clearly knew what he was doing and made the process quick and smooth. I was in and out in 10 minutes. He even offered helpful suggestions on who to follow up with regarding my background check. Administrative processes like these are rarely enjoyable, but he made it a surprisingly pleasant experience.
